Manufactures Warranties
     At Designer Exteriors every project we install is done to both the local/state codes for building/remodeling (IRC/IBC), and to meet or exceed the Manufactures Warranty guidelines.  It does no good to have a new roof installed with a 50 year shingle warranty if the shingles are not installed correctly or any additional work is not preformed to meet the manufactures warranty guidelines.  Examples: All Shingle companies have guidelines for Venting of the roof system in order to retain their warranty.  There are also guidelines for installing the proper decking and underlayments, that if not followed, will also void your warranty.  At Designer Exteriors we follow all manufacture warranty guidelines to ensure that the warranty offered by the manufacture, is the warranty you will receive once your project is completed.
