At Designer Exteriors we can help you answer those questions and more.  No matter what the question, or what condition your roof is in, Designer Exteriors can help you with one of our roof maintenance programs tailored just for you and your roof.  All it takes is a simple Five step process.

Step 1: You palce a call to Designer Exteriors, where we will set up an appointment with one of our Feild Inspectors to meet with you and inspect your roof. 

Step 2: Our Field Inspector will show up at your address at the appointed time and give your roof system a through inspection from upon your roof and under your roof.  Yes there is more to a roof than what you see on top of your building.  To throughly inspect a roof, one must not only get on the roof but also get under the roof, via an attic or crawl space.  To do any less would not give you any worthwhile answers to your questions regarding your roof system.

Step 3: Once our Field Inspector has completed his inspection of your roof, he will meet with the rest of the team at Designer Exteriors and discuss his findings.  A full report will be prepared, inculding photographic evidence, of the condition of your roofing system. 

Step 4: We will call you and set up a second appointment and meet with you to go over your roof system report and give you our professional recommendations as to what you should do in regards to your roofing system.

Step 5: We leave it up to you as to what you decide to do once we have walked you through your report.  There are no high preasure sales pitches.  The only thing we do is inform you of the condition of your roofing system and give you the options of how to handle the report.  We offer this service so that you can be assured your roof system is in proper working order.  Afterall your roof is the most important part of your building, for it is what protects everything else.  Isn't it worth a little of your time to ensure your roof is up to doing its job?

There is a nominal fee for this service, based upon the size and style of your roofing system.  You will be informed of the amount of this fee during your inital call when we ask you a few questions about your roof.  In the event any problems are found during this inspection and you choose to have Designer Exteriors preform any work to correct those problems, this fee can be credited towards any final bill. 

This program is offered to anyone who has had the first Inspection of their roofing system completed.  After you have received your initial report, you may opt to chose our Continueing Inspection option.  With this option, we will return on a time table set by you and re-inspect your roofing system to keep ahead of any potential problems.  Designer Exteriors highly recommends that all commercial roofs have a bi-annual inspection done, with one in the spring and the other in the fall of each year.  If during any of these inspections a problem is found we will inform you and offer you options as to how to correct the problem.  No actual repairs/replacement will take place without your written permission and you have a new signed contract for any found repairs needed. 

The fee for this service is based upon the size and style of the roof you have, and the length of your contract.  Contract lengths range from two to ten years and are billed per inspection at the time of the inspection.
