Designer Exteriors offers a couple of Maintenance Programs, for both our existing customers and those for whom we have not yet preformed any installs.

The first program is strictly for our past, current and future customers who have  had Designer Exteriors install a project for them.  That program would be our Exclusive "Free Annual Inspection".  Click on the button to the left to learn more information about that exclusive program.  

The second maintenance program we offer is open to all residential or commercial building owners who are in need of, or are wanting to have, the reassurance of having a professional inspection of their roofing system and receive a detailed report, including photographic evidence, of the condition of your roofing system.  These inspections can be set up on a schedule that you choose.  Designer Exteriors highly recommends that a commercial roof system be inspected twice yearly, once in the spring and again in the fall, and that residential home roofing systems be inspected at least annually.  Click Here for more detailed information.
