Designer Exteriors is Proud to be the only area Contractor offering All of our Customers, Free Annual Inspections of any and all Projects we install for you. Each year, around the Anniversary of your completed project; whether it was a new roof, new siding, windows/doors or a deck/patio or any of the other services we offer, Michele will send you a reminder of your upcoming Free Annual Inspection, to set a time and date for one of our Field Inspectors to come out and meet with you and inspect whatever project we installed. This Free Annual Inspection is one of the extra steps we at Designer Exteriors take to ensure that all of the work we preform is sustainable and functions as properly tomorrow as the day we installed it.
Utilizing this program allows us to detect if there is a small problem with your completed project before it would turn into a bigger problem. Our Field Inspector may notice something that you may not have noticed, or realized could lead to a potential problem later. Of course, if at any time throughout the year you notice a problem, please call and we will send out one of our Field Inspectors to check out the problem and take the necessary actions to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
